Our philosophy is based on Tantrayana Buddhism which explains that the mind needs the body to exist and the body needs the mind to exist. By purifying or transforming the body, it is therefore possible to purify or transform the mind and by purifying or transforming the mind, it is also possible to purify or transform the body. All the teachings of Buddhism have the same goal, to help us free ourselves from suffering and move towards deeper happiness. By practising the Tantrayana Buddhist methods we teach, you will experience physical, energetic and mental benefits. You will be healthier, have more vitality and be happier. It is with this in mind that we share these valuable methods with you.
I have long been interested in understanding the mind to better cope with all of life's challenges. My interest in this area began to emerge when I was playing tennis at a high national level. At that time, I realised the importance that the mind plays in everything we do in life. Soon I realised that understanding the mind and training it, was not an easy task.
Fortunately, I met Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche and was slowly able to receive the help I needed to move forward in my journey. This process led me to gradually develop an interest in all the teachings of Tibetan Buddhism and I really discovered that it is possible to improve our mind if we have the right methods and wisdoms.
Since then I have received many teachings, attended many retreats, deepened my practice and had a close relationship with Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche. This has enabled me to become a certified teacher in several methods that are mainly related to Tantrayana Buddhism and Tulku Lobsang, such as Lu Jong, Tog Chöd, Tsa Lung and Shiné (Shamatha). I have also successfully completed an International Coach Federation (ICF) recognised coach training.
After reaching a point in my life where my body was constantly painful and I felt stressed very often, I knew I had to change something. Fortunately, I didn't have to wait long until I met a very special person, who was the first to introduce me to the incredible Tantric Buddhist methods taught by Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche. At that time I was still living in Norway and was able to join a fantastic group of practitioners who will always remain in my heart. My inner journey had begun. After a while I could feel great benefits from the practices I had been taught.
In 2012 I met Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche for the first time, and everything he taught and said made so much sense that my motivation became even stronger. I started to follow teachings and retreats under his guidance which allowed me to progress further in my journey. It is a bumpy road to work with yourself, but it is well worth it. After some time, I also took educations that allowed me to become a certified teacher in Lu Jong, Tog Chöd and Tsa Lung.
My wish now is to share what I have learned with others and my hope is that it will help them on their path.
